Curated by Jeremy Kirwan-Ward, 'Drawing 2018: 20 Works on Paper' brings together a diverse group of painters, sculptors and designers from across Australia, each showing how a work on paper can have a life of its own – and not be restricted to the notion of drawing being only preparation for something else.
The artists were asked to work on the same-sized sheet of paper, bringing a common denominator to an otherwise open field.
