In the Spotlight // Paul Uhlmann
Art Collective WA artist member Paul Uhlmann’s recent solo exhibition, Paintings of Tenderness and Eternity, has caught the attention of both local and international arts publications.
Featured in the Fremantle Herald and Meer, the exhibition explored the beauty of impermanence and the quiet wonders of everyday life through a new body of paintings. Speaking with the Fremantle Herald, Paul reflected on finding beauty in the natural world, sharing, “One doesn’t have to wait for the miraculous, it is around us every day in the expansive breathing world we are all a part of.”
Presented at our Cathedral Square gallery from 15 August to 19 September, the exhibition invited audiences to slow down and reflect on the beauty and impermanence of everyday life.
